“PRINCE OF LEGEND”
“PRINCE OF LEGEND” was adapted as a television drama in 2018 and then as a film in 2019 by the production team behind the wildly popular “HiGH&LOW.” This work, which also garnered attention by adding live performances and games into the franchise, is being turned into a musical through a new collaboration between LDH JAPAN and the Takarazuka Revue. This show will serve as the debut performance of the new Cosmos Troupe top pair, Minato Sakuragi and Sakura Haruno.
Kanade Suzaku, the Celebrity Prince and heir to the Suzaku Group, said to have assets worth trillions of yen, is asked by his father, who lives in New York, to check on the daughter of his first love. The next day, Kanade visits the prestigious St. Brilliant Academy, where celebrities gather, and meets Kanon Naruse. Seeing a resemblance to his late mother, Kanade instantly falls in love with Kanon, who is plagued by her own complex issues.
Soon, one after another, many strikingly handsome princes—including the Bad Boy Prince, Takato Kyogoku—begin arriving at the academy for the fierce Legendary Prince Championship held every three years—an unprecedented contest to decide who will win the title of The Legendary Prince.
