Story

“ROBIN THE HERO”

It is twelfth-century England, and King Richard I is on a crusade to the holy land. Robin, the only son of the lord of Locksley Manor in Nottingham, hears that his father has been put to death for plotting treason while taking part in the crusade. As the son of a traitor, Robin is imprisoned, and his land is confiscated by the Sheriff of Nottingham. He gets separated from his lady love, Marian, who is of royal blood.
However, a knight named Will steps forward, saying he had witnessed Robin’s father’s last moments. He shares how Lord Locksley was killed protecting the King who had been betrayed by the treacherous Commander Guy of Gisborne in alliance with the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum. To show his respect, Will passes his father’s bow and arrows as a symbol of his valiant sacrifice to Robin. When Robin discovers that Guy of Gisborne is scheming with the Sheriff of Nottingham to place the King’s brother, Prince John, on the throne during the King’s absence, he escapes from prison and swears vengeance on Guy of Gisborne, with Will by his side.
During the journey, Robin winds up in Sherwood Forest, where he meets Little John, the leader of a band of outlaws. Soon, Robin learns that Little John and his group are not mere thieves, but righteous outlaws, rising up against the cruelty and oppression of Prince John and his minions. Inspired by their cause, Robin joins them in their fight for justice. In disguise, they seize gold, silver, and riches from corrupt officials, giving it back to the struggling common folk. As their legend grows, they come to be known as “HOOD,” heroes to the people and symbols of hope in a time of oppression. With his band of outlaws, Robin faces powerful foes—will he finally avenge his father’s death and rescue his beloved Marian? The fight for justice starts now...
